    next boom locality in chennai is this place. have advantage close to city ie.4 kms to chrompet gst road, price still too cheap compared to distant forest like locations along IT corridor and above all the under construction OUTER ring road which enhances the connectivity when started functioning and think of commercial that will be comminmg along the ORR in future.
