    sir,my father was expired,i want to get legal herr.on all my fathers passport,mentioned my mothers name as wife,he was in abroad for many years,so in ration card he didnot have his name.bank account,gas bill all the proof is ready.how to get legal herr.we applied but still nobody come for enquiry.
