    What is Alagu Pandian doing for 5 years in this plot, trying to construct just 56 low quality apts (if you go with his basic price, you will get just a poor man's apartment not fit for living. Of course every one paid through their nose to get a decent apt.) Why no body threatens him. Not even questions him?
