    This is an Independent Church. The Pastor is a Hindu Convert. It is a family Trust. Outsiders can come and attend and go. The regular management rests with the Pastor and his family. Handling of offertories and donations received is always kept as secret. Many times what is preached is not practised by the Pastor. People are encouraged to do soul winning. Only the 'yes men' survive. Those who think rationally and raise genuine questions are shown the door. But a good Church for new believers. Any one coming to Ayanavaram in Chennai can attend this church. Lot of loopholes need to be plugged. Management need to be streamlined. ACCOUNTABILITY in all areas should become the norm. Family control should give way to common management... THEN ONLY this Church could really grow to be one of the beacons of Christ's Gospel. All the best Faith Assembly, Ayanavaram, Chennai
