    I have been living in this apartment since 1995. This is one of the foremost Apartments to have come up in Virugambakkam. The building houses 64 aprtments with sprawling area fro ample car/two wheeler parking. The building itself is of very solid construction and the residents have been fortunate in not having experienced any water crisis. Both bore well and metro water is available. The prithvi Apartment Owners Welfare Association has been doing an extremely good job to maintain the basic amenities for the aprtments including 24 hours secuirty cover and refurbishment works as needed.
