    Once you live in Adyar - you would not like to live in any other place at Chennai for sure, cospolitan place with proximity to Beach(Besant Nagar) / ECR / OMR (IT Highway) and taking the Metro train you can reach the heart of city in just minutes, It has very good eateries and has become a bigtime shopping area too - I love this place and live here too :)
