Pio Printers Pvt Ltd, situated at 83 East Mada Church street, Royapuram, Chennai 600013, was founded in the year 1972 by Mr. J.P. Diaz, an artist and a sculptor, hailing from the famous artistic village of Manapad in Tuticorin district, near Tiruchendur. In his late teens he left for Sri Lanka, then known as Ceylon to work for F.X. Pereira and sons in Colombo. subsequently he started his own enterprise called J.P. Diaz & Co., manufacturing statues and other such artefacts. In the year 1969 he returned to India with his young family to Madras. Urged by his well wishers he started a modest Letterpress having just one letterpress machine and a few cases of lead types in the verandah of a rented premises in Royapuram. Driven by sheer hard work, honesty and sincerity, he struggled in this new environment in a new business. In the year 1977, hi son Ajit Diaz, 16 and just out of school, joined him and took the business forward. Continuing on the same principles of his father but with a penchant for technology, the company grew steadily to become one of the leading Printing Presses for high quality work in the city now called Chennai!

I studied in this school in the year 1971. This school was in the lake. We used to climb the lake wall with our military bags and go school (lkg and ukg), Then, this school moved to adambakkam in a rented house. Then, they built their own school and there I studied upto 5th Std. My School Headmistress was Mrs.Vasantha Victor. My class teachers were Lilly madam, Lalitha teacher, Pushpa and Rekha (may be names are wrong) both were sisters. Best school at that time with good discipline.

Yes initially the school run by Madarsa was good and when it got changed to private person it is not managed properly.. No proper instructions from the management to teacher. No trained teacher and many more problems.. So people living near mint don't join ur kid hear..

.A nursery school also conducted by the madrasa trust ?, it;s not, School running by Some of Individual Person, which is apart from Madarsa, at same time, School fee are very very huge' for ex; LKG overall a year fee around Rs. 22000/-, irrelevant subjects and courses scheduled , it's not affordable, no grounds, no back up exit, etc..., Earlier the school name was Qasmiyah...,, right now changed as ZUBAIDA..., .
