Thamarai Kulam (Lotus Tank). This name is very famous in the North Chennai. This tank is adopting dirties because people using as dustbin.

The School is affected according to the 2 panchayat's I talked to. The school will possibly move to a 20 acre site nearby . So it may not be a big move afterall.

I studied in this school during the academic year 1986 to 1990. V were the first batch to have written both X std and XII Std exams in this school. During 1989-90 there was a problem with regard to raise in fee structure. V raised against it and even did a formal strike in front of Girls high school where the correspondent office was available. Even though the + exams were nearing V never failed in our efforts to show our displeasure with the managament and due to our act the School Management has to take back many the fee hike and also the teachers could get a salary hike <even though they played double game with the management as well as with the students> I want to know the present occupation of the Principal during that time Mrs.Rajeswari Sridhar How I can 4get those bitter experiences and the torrid time v had during that year.

I've been there before 7 years...and once i visited the lord muruga temple...and it's a nice visiting there....we people enjoyed and experienced a lot from lord muruga and that temple...

In choolaimedu my aunt and her family are living there.....and she bought an own house there before 3years.... as she said it's a busy place..& also all sort of people are there...

I am staying here since my birth............ I love my street...............

Life is incompletely furnished without st mary's education....no place in earth i have still found as good as st mary's where teachers are so friendly and kind.Its so hard to forget those happiest days in st mary's....
