    AKS Garden the landmark is just opposite to Velachery TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) is recently built appartments around 16 blocks from A to P where each block has 6 to 10 houses gives totally around 100 houses. The name of the builder is PJP promoters owned by Mr.Alagupandian. All the houses are build with Ground + 1 fashion where for 3bed room houses and 2 2bed romm houses. Each floor has 3 houses in most of the blocks. It is situated in a place from which we can easily assess many shops , IT companies like Tidel park which is around 3KM from that. TCS is just opposite to that. Also it is near by the landmarks of Sony World show room , Naidu hall ladies special shop, Wanks Kitchen a chinease resturant , Dominos Pizza nothing but costly dosai, American school , Karikudi south Indian resturant and Chennai Business School. - Rajan S N

    Since we had famous temple for raman but the temple is no more they use to do patabishekam for the god so the place is called pattibram. I am here for more 27yrs in the place which has good schools and colleges and up coming modern city.
