    dear mr. agarwal, i did my phd at tuberculosis research centre. TB is 100% curable including MDR-TB. but the most important thing in TB treatment is that you should take your medicines without fail and should never discontinue your treatment without doctors advice. since once discontinued the treatment would no longer be effective. the balls near your throat might be due to the enlargement of lymph glands. it will settle down automatically. good rest, healthy food, yoga and meditation will improve your immune power and help in speedy recovery. god bless you. aravindhan
