This is the Heritage House of K.M.S. Muthu Nadar Family of Rangoon, Burma living here since 1968. Later after dispersal of his children & brothers the place was rented. I now find the residential area Shastri Nagar not indicated as part of Adyar, Chennai. This is the residential area developed in the 1960's east of the residential area Indira Nagar across the erstwhile Lattice Bridge road since renamed Dr. Muithulakshmi salai. The MTC Adyar depot and the BSNL Adyar Telephone exchange are situate in Shastri Nagar, Adyar. Also 9th and 10th Cross Street, Shastri Nagar are not indicated.

Mumbai is the Alpha city of India and it will remain so for years to come! The city is prosperous that is why it irks terrorists. Mumbaikars are great human beings and they are very united in making their city Clean, Loveable, Prosperous and a Heaven to live both for themselves and for the visitors. That humanity and understanding of fellow humans is precisely the one thing which is virtually absent in Chennai. In Chennai everyone think they are either a lawyer or a Policeman. All Chennaikaarans spend their whole life trying to prove others wrong.

In a few years this Chennai will easily become Criminal capital of India and the residents will even try to trade their Country for some selfish consideration. Chennai is overflowing with narrow Minded selfish people who care a damn about rest of India and look at every opportunity to loot and harm other state people coming to their city.

Don't blindly try to defend chennai when it is becoming worser and worser day by day. I am living here in Chennai for past 25 years and see it transform from a tolerant and loveble Madras to arrogant and pathetic Chennai..
