    High rise apartment in the developing area at which the price is appreciating well in the recent period. Retail outlets are nearby and close to other needs. Opposite to Tata communication tower and also on 100feet road. My sister who lives in singapore and some IT friends booked 3bhk flat.

    It might be better for easy go out but feel out of nolambur. Buildings no longer comparable with neighboring flats, from 2007 and within short span of time it went worst and no valuable. Setback is good. people started reselling.

    If Jesus felt 2000 years back world is wicked, it is necessary to be wise as serpents, it is 2000 times more applicable today. Perceive things well in advance. As I perceived, the recent fall of rupee value, the impact would fall on common man's head only. Everyday oil price hike, everyday commodity price hike is impacting the common man only, where will he go for the extra penny? We may not change the central govt, but we can keep our heads safe. Like in the old church will these pastors provide common food and raiment to the church members while they speak so deep about the Bible? Common man is unable to understand it is like a row of cycles in a cycle stand when pushed at one end, they all push each other and fall and the last cycle will fall on the innocent walker who happens to walk that way. Whom do you blame? This is how all the things are impacting each other and finally the common man is forced to pay the price of it.

    The camp has been existing for over 54 years. I as a scout used to be taken there by my scout masters where we lived in tents, did service in local temples, bathed in the excellent swimming pool even in those days and cooked for the community. In addition we displayed our skills in signalling, knot tying with ropes, building bridges, camp fires, singing, dancing and rollicking. I am glad it still exists.
