    Yes, I agree with Vinod. Seems gopalkri commented a long back. I applied and got Patta, building plan, electricity connection all what I need. If you don't know how to handle government employees, better not to buy any property in India.

    All, that is a 20 year old story where TNHB wanted to develop something in this area, but they did not complete all necessary steps. High court has dismissed all claims of TNHB. Even TNHB has realized that it can not do anything anymore... TNHB itself has prepared a file now to dis-own all their claims and the file has been sent for CM-s approval. All these information already came in Dinamalar last year. Why are you guys still worrried? In my opinion, this is the right time to buy property in Keelkattalai areas as prices are still lower compared to infrastructure it is getting (2 ring roads within 4 KM stretch and direct connectivity to Velechary and IT hubs).
