    One of the worst executed project I have ever seen. Launched in late 2007 and early 2008 with zero construction activity and again relaunched in 2011/2012, and the construction began just a few months back. Puravankara has raised $70 million (375 crores) for construction of this project. Lets hope atleast from now on Puravankara doesn't divert funds to other projects.
